Love the coaches, the facility is generally pretty clean and fairly well restocked. The staff is all so friendly. Plus, the workouts are killer!
I like the intensity. I like the group effort it is very fun and motivates me to try hard. I like the music and the atmosphere. The coaches are very motivational also, and lastly I like that I don’t have to think about what to do just follow the instructions and try to keep up.!!!!

This studio has excellent coaches and staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring all have a great workout.
Previously, I had some significant issues with overcharging and contract errors that lowered my review. The studio manager, Peter, looked into these and has fixed them going forward. He is also looking into fixing the overcharges in the past.
Because the problems with billing are being addressed, I am changing my review score to match that of most other OT experiences that I've had. Come visit this studio. You will not be disappointed, and know that the studio manager as well as the coaches is dedicated to making sure your complete experience is a great one!
Free class and from previous experience
Music is great, never the same two workouts, cleanliness of equipment. Most of the coaches are fantastic with very few that could be more attendance to new people to their class. Other OTF locations if the coach doesn’t recognize you they always check in. That would be nice at OTF Issaquah
The workouts are great - I love that there are multiple adapations; Most importantly the staff and trainers are amazing. Extremely supportive and provide the proper amount of guidance to help make each workout the most beneficial.
This type of workout is best for my brain - structured and challenging. Great trainers, great support staff
The structure
I like how I just show up and someone tells me what to do for an hour. I also like how it is a mix of different workouts.
It focuses on both Cardio and strength in every class. With a trainer’s , it motivates to do it with ease

It’s challenging yet doable and there’s variety to keep it interesting. Working out with a group is motivating as well as the coaches encouraging us and guiding us along the way.
