I like the coaches, the science and research behind the workouts, the heart monitors, the body scans. I like the muscle I’ve developed and the good it does for me on the inside I don’t see. There is not very much I don’t like about OTF!

Working out at OTF is so much fun! The workouts are all high energy and the coaches are all amazing! The workouts vary each time and really works the whole body. I have seen amazing results after working out at OTF!

From the moment I stepped into the local Orange Theory, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for a fantastic first visit. The workout coaches truly shine here; they excel at explaining the nuances of the workouts and ensure that newcomers like me feel at ease. They encouraged a 50% effort for beginners to acquaint us with their unique approach, which I found both thoughtful and effective.
What struck me most was the careful attention to language and terminology used during the workout. The coaches routinely checked in, making sure we understood everything, which greatly enhanced my experience. It's this kind of attention to detail that makes a big difference, especially for those new to the fitness world.
The sales approach here is refreshingly different. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, no push to overspend on a membership. Instead, they focused on finding the right fit for each individual based on usage and need. As someone who appreciates a no-pressure environment, this approach was a breath of fresh air.
Beyond the excellent coaching and sales approach, the community at Orange Theory is something special. I initially had concerns about fitting in, imagining a uniform crowd of fitness enthusiasts in designer gear. To my delight, I discovered a diverse and welcoming group of people. The sense of belonging, community, and acceptance at this location is palpable. Men and women of various backgrounds come together here, united by a common goal of fitness and well-being.
The sense of community extends to the workout sessions as well. The encouragement and motivation from fellow gym-goers are truly inspiring. It's not just about individual goals; there's a collective energy that lifts everyone. This atmosphere has been a significant factor in my positive experience.
In summary, Orange Theory has created a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment that goes beyond just a workout session. It's a place where you feel a sense of belonging and community and where your fitness journey is supported every step of the way. I am not only pleasantly surprised but also deeply impressed by the culture the OT Holladay team has fostered. It's not just a gym; it's a community where you're motivated just by being a part of it.

I love that I don’t have to wander around the gym wondering what I should do. The workouts are put together for you, and no two are ever the same! And as a new mom just getting back to the gym and taking time for myself it has surpassed my expectations in every way. The coaches are amazing and the staff are all so wonderful and friendly! I’m loving it!

I love that I can get in and out in an hour and get some weights and some aerobic activity. The coaches help make sure I am using good form on the weights so I feel like I have my own trainer! All the coaches are fantastic!!
I love that it’s an efficient full body workout in 60 minutes. I really like having a coach guide the workouts and help me with form and alternatives. It’s motivating to accomplish each session

The coaches and staff are the best.!!! May I suggest improving the massive need in the classes in a small powerful way? There should be (x) minutes focused on balance and core. I believe these two things will improve all other areas of the workout. If you don't think balance is an issue, observe a class where that is required. Yes, this is a skill that can be learned and improved. Also, an improved core will assist in ALL aspects of 3G workouts.
