Orange Theory provides an excellent balanced workout for cardio, strength, stability and power. All of these things are very important to be in all around great shape. I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone at any level of fitness!

Challenging but accessible as everyone can choose their own weights/speed/effort. Moves quickly. Nice mix of HIT, endurance aerobic, strength training. Always has a new challenge and doesn’t overemphasize one skill or muscle group. Has a nice sense of camaraderie and purpose but people clearly come to work not socialize. A much more thorough and intense hour of exercise then I get exercising on my own.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that if I can run fast, row strong and lift heavy things I get to feel like I’m training to be an ancient warrior of some kind.
These are fun workouts with great trainers to help keep me moving. Goal is to keep in shape to participate in our kids activities.
I like that weights and cardio are combined in one class. I’m in and out in an hour and the coach tells me exactly what to do. I don’t have to plan or think about it. And the coaches are great!

How individually personalized the workout is! I come in to the studio and work out to my own ability, watching my heartrate. I almost always get 12 splat points, most days I double that.

It works! It gets me up and out of bed, motivates me, it's fun, and it is the only thing I've done consistently for more than 6 months exercise wise. It helps with my mental health as well. The coaches are amazing. It's really like a family!

Most effective, efficient 1 hour workout! I love that I can get in, get a great full body workout at whatever intensity my body is ready for that day, and get out feeling like i have it my all. 10/10 recommend, no matter your age or fitness level!
