Variation in workouts and motivates me!
I have always been the type to thrive in a guided workout setting. This is the perfect workout style for me. The coaches are incredible too!

I love to zone out and just focus on what I'm doing. I am so present and in the moment. The guided workouts and group setup allow for me to be fully present. I also really thrive with the encouragement from the coaches. They push me and correct my form so I get the most out of every workout!
The variety.
I don’t have to figure out what to do like a regular gym. Everyone is so nice and there is no judgement.

The coaches at the Ogden Orangetheroy are the best.
I love that the workout incorporates my individual fitness needs in a team-like environment. In addition I really like the combination of cardio and weights. As I grow more seasoned, weights play a more significant role in keeping my body healthy and strong!

For an hour a coach tells me what to do and I don’t have to plan the workout. Workouts always well rounded and the great coaches make it fun.
I have written lengthy reviews in the past. This one will be basic. I'm approaching 150 classes and going strong. I am so grateful for the benefits I receive by going to OTF twice a week. I am noticeably stronger than I was before I started. My endurance and stamina grow week by week, and I feel so accomplished after finishing a workout. I am in my 70's, and OTF has and is improving my life. The cost of my membership is well worth it because, despite being in a class, we get individual help and encouragement. Last but NOT least, I always push my self at OTF much harder than I would if I was exercising at home. And, amazing myself, I can do it!!!
Loved the music, the rotations, and how fast the workout went by!

Variety
It’s so easy to book on the app. Show up listen to the coach and follow along. I get a great work out and I’m on with my day all in an hour! I always recommend OTF to my friends and coworkers.
Teachers are so nice ,and they always ready to help ,to make the workout better
i love the variety of workouts offered every week! it’s so nice to do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training every class!
Every day is different.
It is always different and doesn’t take any planning or preparation on my part other than showing up.

This place is so great. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. The instructors are always there to help you achieve your goals.
You get results. Everyone is very welcoming. Instructors are very good at what they do. I look forward my workouts. Even in winter at 5am.
The variation and also consistency of the workout. The trainers are great and this location has a great vibe. I like that there are always challenges to keep motivated.

Orange Theory workouts are great complete body workouts already designed and thought out for you. I love showing up and not having to wait or think about what we are doing.
