Entire workout, you have an instructor. The Instructor’s pay close attention to the group and alway’s help if form or exercise is done incorrectly, to ensure a good work out and injuries do not occur.
The Instructor’s are friendly and answer any questions and are very helpful. It truly is like have a personal trainer.
I love the workouts. This is the first, time, that I have not been bored using stationary equipment and/or weights. I especially love that the sessions include high impact and the decreasing , which is known to burn calories and get results. Definitely, would recommend.
Scheduled, intense, one hour workout that you can depend on, but is different enough each time. Also love the coaches at my otf 🧡

Orange theory feels like a family studio. Love that each day I’m pushed and every workout is different!
It's the best one hour workout you can get! You never do the same workout. The coaches know you by name and are there for you when you need a push or some help with form.

Visiting from Alaska. It was a good workout with a good coach. The equipment was as expected. I thought the shower rooms were set up nicely with much more room than in Anchorage. I also liked how the lockers worked. Checking in was easy. Initially my monitor did not show up on the screen, but the front desk fixed it when I informed them. I was touched that the coach wanted a picture with a visitor. Hope I come by your way again in the future
I love the fun changing workouts and motivating instructors! I don’t have to plan my work out or think about anything! I can just show up and everything is planned out for me. I just have to push myself and enjoy the calorie burn…
I am thankful we have great coaches that really motivate me. I appreciate when they have good music selections, and motivate too, not the rap crap. Please take care of Laura, Kevin no matter what.

I like that there is a little of cardio and strength and a little of everything in every session and also that every session is different. Is not like going to a regular gym where you are lost because you have no idea what to do or how to do it to actually get results, here you get super cool people guiding you through the whole process.

How much more fun can you have than working out with coaches and friends that become FAMILY! The workouts are never boring, the music is always on point... but above all, the staff makes you feel motivated and at home!! I love everything about OTF and I love that I never leave wishing I did more!! You guys rock!!!
So many things! The variety we get each day. There’s never a repeated workout. I cannot say enough about the coaches. They genuinely want to be there, and they want to see us succeed. I’ve said this before and it’s worth repeating - there is no way I would work this hard on my own. I get everything I need from OTF SoJo.
I love the atmosphere among members, and the MCs know us by name. You do create almost a gym family.
Structure
What I love most about the workouts at OT is that they are different everyday. I never get bored of the routines.
I like the interval training and the ability to increase weights or reduce as needed.
