Variety workouts and row machines are great!
Omg i tell everyone with ears about otf. I love that everyday there is a different, full body workout. I never have to think about my workout beforehand, all the hard work is done for me. All you have to do is show up and do the work.
I’ve done OrangeTheory for two years now and I’ve never more consistent with working out and physically fit as I am now.
The music was very good
While I hate going to the gym, Orange Theory makes it so much easier. I work hard for 1hr and feel great after. I dont have to plan a workout or wander around the gym looking for something to do.
Always different and pushes me to do more
I have been to orange theory for almost 4 years . I like the variety of the workouts and I enjoy the coaches .( in particular Jeff and Melissa inspire and motivate the class ) In order to reduce the opportunity of hurting myself I prefer the elliptical over the rowing. Several other people do as well. I wish the studio would provide more ellipticals because on occasion there isn't one available. They are in high demand and in order to be able to use one you have check in earlier then normal to reserve a spot . Is there any way to get more striders ? All in all I feel management has been supportive of the demand but it can sometimes get stressful with other clients . It would really help to have a few more . I know there are other new studios that don't require rowing and they are competing in every way ( use of weights / variety ) I just hope that somehow everyone can be happy at orange theory .
I love that the workout is different every day and very challenging!
Its a great full body workout in a positive environment. I also like that I have data about my workout.
I like that I don't have to think about it, I just follow instructions. And I like that I'm constantly doing something different, so I'm never bored in my workout. I also appreciate the opportunity to get out of my head about the workout and just follow my heart rate goals.
We love all of the coaches and SAs! Coaches have been super supportive during my pregnancy and have helped with modifications. Workouts are still fun after 2+ years. Thank you :)
I'm 67 and have never been to a gym. I started Orange 2 weeks ago and can already see a huge difference in my strength. The trainers are fun, caring, and prompt us to push ourselves to be better people. I leave the gym totally invigorated from the workout. I really look forward to the next workout even though I may be exhausted from the last one. My first session the trainer, Marlene, helped me with every exercise to make sure I was doing them correctly. She helped me decide what weights to use and how to do the exercise correctly. Kudos to her for taking the time so I could make the most out of the workouts. I love coming here.
I love orange theory ! I love how these workouts push me to do things I wouldn’t do on my own.
I LOVE OTF!!! 🧡🧡🧡 I love that the classes challenge me and the coaches are supportive and also push us to do better. Most of the time they have more faith in me than I do. After 4 years, I’m still a huge fan.
Love how the workouts change up every day and how they format is set up to encourage you to compete against yourself (not others).
I love the variety of workouts! We never do the same workout twice. I also love that I am tracking my heart rate the whole time and I can see what zone I'm in while I'm working. OT is the best place to workout!

I don't have to think about what to do, its all laid out for me. It's built-in with the perfect motivation from the coaches, and I get a full body workout each time I go.

I love it!
I love how intense it is and how it pushes me to work harder. The heart rate monitor helps me see if I am slacking or if I need to take a break. Plus I love how early I can get in to work out and it helps with my busy schedule!

I love that there is a coach that stays with the class the whole time, coaching and encouraging, everyone. I love the HIIT style workouts and being able to see your stats at the end of each class so it’s easier to keep track and know how much to push yourself, and what your goal can be for the next class.
