What do you like about our workout?

Orange Church with Sierra gives me all the feels. :) It's the only day I can hit up the CWH studio — my home studio is Sandy — and I like having the option of later classes on Sunday. TBH, it bugs me there aren't more Sunday classes at my home studio, but I digress. Also: is there any way for us to get on waitlists of studios that aren't our home studios? At least at the Morrocco studios?

What do you like about our workout?

OrangeTheory is the best all-body, one-hour workout that I have been able to find. I've been a member since 2015, and I do not intend to go anywhere else. Simply put: OTF has become an addiction— and that's a good thing! — in my life. Recently, I was on vacation in Tennessee, and my host for the week couldn't believe that I would want to spend time during my vacation at an OTF studio. In his mind, holiday vacation meant vacation from the gym, too. To me, vacation away from work means more time in my usually packed schedule to go to OTF. Here at home, all I would ask is that y'all stop playing rap, hard rock and classic rock music. Just stop. Can't stand it. Plus, the BPMS are rarely what are needed to be inspired on all-outs. Give me some Britney, Gaga, Pink and Kelly Clarkson and I'll be a happy guy. Also: I really miss Chelsi on the schedule more in Sandy.

I love the positive energy and challenges. The coaches and front desk are friendly and truly care about the customers. The workouts ate awesome and built to help every individual at there level of physical ability no matter where they are at physically.

So amazing! The loud music and energy from the coaches and staff made me feel like I was at a party VS working out. It also felt like I was really pushing myself!

I like how the workout is at you’re own pace but it pushes you! The instructors are super nice and helpfully thru out the workout! I have never tryed hit workouts before and I am new to orangetheory, I live the workouts and I recommend that everyone gives orangetheory a try!!

What do you like about our workout?

I have not really done any type of weights for work outs but I love it. I’m not a runner and for the past month I’ve been pushing myself to do it at Orangetheory.

I like the workouts that are different each time you go. They target different parts of the body each workout. The coaches are the best! They take time to teach and correct you so you don’t get injured.
