What do you like about our workout?

OT is efficient, fast (you are done in an hour), fun and interesting, no two trainers are alike so it doesn’t get boring especially if you are able to give yourself a variety of classes/time slots. You are never required to do any exercise that truly “hurts”. Many alternatives are always available for each individual no matter their physical issues. AND there are so many locations all over so if you travel chances are there is an OT nearby. It is a very scientifically thought out program that does not waste your time. Love it.

Fun atmosphere and don’t have to think about what to do. The coaches are the best, especially Nicole and Sierra!!!!

Love Natalie, she is awesome! Also Carley and Angee were awesome. I love the workout and love that whichever studio I go to, I will have a great workout and I will be welcomed

What do you like about our workout?

I liked that I could see my progress at all times, and that the workout was challenging. Getting the report at the end is wonderful! I've been using the workout band outside of Orange Theory also in some of the exercise things I already do, and I realize the difference in the result (gray/blue verses green, orange and red) based on my personal exertion level at any given moment. I LOVE it! I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I love the concept.

What do you like about our workout?

Each class is a challenge no matter where my fitness level is at! As my fitness improves, I put more of myself into class and I get more out of it. This is a class for all levels. Coaches helped me modify (and still do as needed) after an injury to rebuild safely and make sure I feIt I belonged in class. That means more to me than they will ever know. Additionally Park City has a front desk staff that is always friendly and welcoming. As members in Park City we are a lucky!!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety in that no workout is the same, the high-energy pace along with collecting Splat points and seeing how many calories are burned for each workout. All of the coaches are very positive, helpful and professional. The visual boards for the weight floor are helpful as well.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's a REALLY good workout! I like that everyone is there to work and do their best and there's no judgement as to what one person is or isn't doing, because everyone is just working. I really like the heart rate monitors to help me realize when I should push harder or back off, based on my goals.

What do you like about our workout?

It's hard & it works. I'm motivated to push myself by the coaches' direction, the fun loud music & the feedback that I get from the heart rate monitor. I never, ever work as hard going to a regular gym on my own. I'm stronger, have fewer aches & pains & feel great in my summer time dresses. :-) I've been to several OT studios and Sugarhouse is my fave. The front desk folks, the coaches, the other members.... the best!

What do you like about our workout?

To be pushed even if you think you can not make it anymore there is always a way. The people all around you motivate you.
The awesome trainers are there for you to not just inspire but also show you extra moves if you have limitations.
