Orange theory is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.
It’s a no brainer get in and get it done with the perfect amount of commitment.
The coaches are fun and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My strength and endurance has improved quickly & I see my goals coming to fruition!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is always different - everyday!!
We do need to use more of the other items in the studio though, like the bosu balls, bands and roller carts.

I love the atmosphere. I love seeing everyone pushing themselves to their limit. Our coaches are a huge asset to helping us achieve our goals.

The workouts aren’t insanely difficult but it makes you feel good. Only been to a couple classes I definitely enjoy it and look forward to going.

It’s always challenging. Great environment that inspires you to do your best without direct comparison. I love the balance of cardio and resistance training. I love that the rowing portion also incorporates resistance training.

EVERYTHING! From the top down this is a great community. The owners, the coaches and the members are exceptional. The business sense of the whole organization is perfect, you never want to miss. What is there not to love?

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CLASS, I LOVED HOW I FELT SO FOCUSED ON MYSELF AND NOT FOCUSED ON OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM. I KEPT LOOKING AT THE SCREEN AND I KEPT PUSHING MYSELF TO ARCHIVE MY TARGET GOAL. I'VE TRIED OTHER CLASS AT THE GYM AND AT OTHER PRIVATE FITNESS CLASSES AND BY FAR THIS IS MY FAVORITE, THIS DOESN'T FEEL LIKE A COMPETITION, I'M WORKING OUT AT MY OWN PACE, AND I LOVED HOW THE INSTRUCTOR CAME AND HELPED ME WITH MY FORM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO TRY SOMETHING NEW, PLUS THE CLASS IS SO MUCH FUN.

What do you like about our workout?

Your workouts are coached by awesome people! I always feel like coaches are encouraging and watching out for me. I never feel too old or self conscious. My fitness level has increased beyond what I thought possible at 63 years old and I don’t lose very much of my stamina when I’m on vacation not working out for a week or two.

What do you like about our workout?

I’ve been working out at Orange Theory for two years, coming 4-5 times a week, and I keep wondering when I’m going to get sick of it because that’s what usually happens with most fitness programs I try. I don’t think it will ever happen! The workouts are so fun, always different, and very challenging. The coaches and staff are top notch and make coming to the gym feel like a second home.

Suitable to the aging body. Very adaptable to my needs. Music isn't too loud (usually). Workouts seem very well researched.
