What do you like about our workout?

Everything! I’ve never been excited to go workout until I started OT! I like that each workout is different and challenging. The music always pumps me up and the staff and coaches are SO nice. When I broke my elbow and was unable to workout for months, the staff was very accommodating and would call and check in on me to see when I was coming back and gave me as much time as I needed to recovery. I thought that was really cool!

Everything! The coaching, encouragement, benchmarks, help with adjustments when knees are problem. Being able to monitor and see progress.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that a get an amazing workout that I dont have to plan! I am challenged every workout. The coaches are fantastic. Most important, I have seen results. I am stronger and faster than I was. My run times and endurance have improved and it is awesome to see results even though the scale hasn't moved that much.

What do you like about our workout?

The best thing about OTF is that I can just come in and work without having to think! I don’t have to wait for equipment to be available, figure out what to do next, or try and get creative to work different muscle groups. I also love the ability to compete with myself and see what I can do on the treadmill, rowers, and weight floor. I also love the efficiency. There is absolutely no way I could replicate what I am able to do in 60 minutes at OTF with even double that time at a normal gym. For people who realize that time and health are two of our most precious commodities, there is no better option in the market than Orangetheory. Finally, I simply love the trainers and staff! They are an amazing combination of push and positivity. Though they have high expectations, they are quick with encouragement. The strength of any organization is found in its people, and its people are what make Orangetheory strong.

Love the coaches and I’ll the workers. The members are awesome. I believe as most of us have basically set times we attend OTF is kind of like being on a TEAM as we bond together to get through a workout

I love the workouts, the heart rate monitoring and the ability to improve. I think the coaches and staff are well trained and the philosophy of the company is good.

What do you like about our workout?

OT has made me the most fit I’ve ever been, and I think it’s because the coaches are so great. They pay attention to me and push me to work hard, even though I’m in a class full of people. The front desk is also super friendly, which I appreciate especially at 5 in the morning. I’m never quitting! <3

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it’s always different, that I don’t have to think about it- just do what the coach says. I also like that there is a variety everyday and that we use all three stations. It makes the biggest difference to me however when the coaches know who I am. The OTF coaches in Ogden learn our names and watch our progress. I appreciate how the coaches challenge us to try heavier weights and fix what we are doing wrong when we are doing floor work or rowing. When they use our names and get to know us it makes working out fun and helps us get to know each other. Bitty, Bailey and Danielle are especially great at that and that has made the biggest difference for me in loving this place. Not to mention that when we walk in the door the girls at the desk know us! It matters a lot.

What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to think about what I’m doing next, I just focus on doing my best and pushing myself. I like that I have been going to OTF for 7 months and have never done the exact same workout twice. I like that the coaches truly want you to succeed. I like that I can see evidence of how effective my workout is based in the info from my heart monitor.
