I like how everything was explained thoroughly and how you could go at your own pace throughout the class. Destini was so helpful and kind when explaining how to properly complete the workouts. She also did a great job explaining all of the stats at the end of the course. The facility was very nice and clean. Marion (at the front desk) was very nice and helpful as well.
Workouts are always different
Well planned and organized. All I have to do is worry about getting there. Great coaches who are encouraging and facilitate the classes very well. Highly recommend for any fitness level. I am completely out of shape and at very beginner level. They help people at all fitness levels get through the programs, and it feels amazing once you finish a workout. I needed structure in my life and OT gives it you! Thank you!!!!

The coach, Coach Pickle, introduced himself to us personally. He also took time to explain to my husband the way to get the best workout on the bike, since it was his first time using it. Our regular coach, Tory, is also always super positive and helpful.

The heart rate monitor has been a game-changer for me. I had a very bad habit of overtraining in the past, but now being able to see my heart rate during the workout has improved both my performance and my recovery time. I am regularly setting new personal records.

The best things about OTF workouts are the variety and the workouts are led by a knowledgeable and experienced coach.
No workout is the same so there is no boredom. Often throughout the year there are specialty and benchmark workouts. These are usually more strenuous. OTF tracks your progress with these workouts so you can see improvement or maintaining your level of fitness. Sometimes just survival for a specialty workout which is also a big accomplishment. Even though some days I walk out with absolutely nothing left for any more exercising, I am proud because I know I pushed myself to the limit.
Our coaches at OTF in Burleson make me happy when the workout begins and I know the coach watches for correct form and effort and is willing to help for any reason needed. They are the difference between just going through the motions to encouraging us to give everything we have for the treadmill, the rower, and the floor exercises.
The OTF in Burleson has great sales associates who can answer any question you have about your membership, available classes, upcoming events, and the heart rate monitors. They happily greet us when we walk in the door and encourage us to come back as soon as possible for another workout. I am a member at OTF Burleson because my sales associate greeted me warmly, inquired about my fitness goals, scheduled my first class, and then helped me choose the best plan for my needs. All the sales associates are top-notch and strive to make sure each member is happy with their membership plan and experiences at OTF.
Throughout my adult life, I have been employed or a member of several fitness clubs. OrangeTheory is the best in my opinion. While you are there for one hour there is endurance, strength, and power. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, OTF is the best one-hour workout available. Other fitness centers may offer specific opportunities, but OTF is the best for anyone to improve overall physical fitness in just sixty minutes per workout as well as participating with like-minded fitness enthusiasts.
It’s different every time and challenging. I feel accomplished and better after every workout.
I like the 2G less rowing, more time on trees and lifting weights. Everyday is a different workout. I love meeting new friends and working out together.

Diversity, weights and cardio
I enjoy having an experienced trainer by my side to adjust my form while learning a new exercise when it’s necessary. The work outs are simple but it’s easy to to do them improperly and not get the results you are looking for.
