I like the guided workouts by the coaches. It motivates me to do more than I would when working out on my own. Also, I wouldn't do all the exercises that we do in class otherwise. While I do LOVE the music that is played in class. It's frequently WAY too loud and honestly I'm a bit worried about long term hearing loss.

I love the accountability of it all. I know that the "night before" me is WAY more health ambitious that the "just before I have to go" me so the incentive to NOT cancel within an 8 hour window is the best! Also, if I went to the gym by ,myself - I just know that I would not achieve half of what I get done at Orange. The coaching staff and the ever changing templates make the hour whizz by!

Paige is fantastic at setting the tone for the workouts, that’s what makes them so awesome. The music and playlist is always so so good, I can’t stress that enough. The running portion is always fun because it’s difficult but also achievable, I feel pushed to my limit and motivated to do my best. The modifications provided are always great, and still provide a good workout while being less stressful on joints etc. The floor exercises are so varied, and that helps move from set to set so you’re not stuck in the same exercise for too long.
I like the playlist, the coach (Paige), and the tread block.
I love the workout! I like that I can see my metrics (splats/calories) throughout the workout and continuously keep track of how I am doing. I also like that the classes are structured for all fitness level types which allows me to adjust my workout depending on how I feel that day.

I’d say there are three main aspects I have liked most about my experience at OT.
First, the classes are challenging! Every time I walk into the studio, I know I am about to get in a great workout. And since the classes are coach led, I don’t have to figure out what I’m going to do to achieve the same level of intensity. I just do what the coaches say, accept the challenges, and enjoy (sometimes I don’t enjoy it) the work.
Second, being able to book my classes in advance has really held me accountable to consistency. I know I have to get up and to the gym because I already said I would. The choice was made before I hit the alarm and realize how tired I feel. Plus, I really enjoy seeing and connecting with the same people. There is a bond that forms when you’re working your butt off with the same people each week.
Finally, I have seen major results in the 6 months I’ve attended OT. I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since high school, and I feel healthier. I know these results are the byproducts of my first two reasons, but it’s important to say, “Orange Theory works!”
Incorporates cardio fitness as well as strength in one hour team workout. Members in the class encourage each other, The coaches help correct form to prevent injuries. The scheduling of an appointment for each workout ensures attendance.
The workout varies daily to help prevent boredom and works different muscle groups to help with strain. They are definitely challenging The class members are diverse in experience , age, and body composition.
only criticism is the music which can sometimes be , well offensive in language and content and too loud. I mostly tune it out and ear plugs are provided.

Love the total body workout that is planned each day with excellent direction from coaches. The workouts are challenging to push us out of our comfort zone and keep it exciting. Love all the coaches - friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging with attention to making sure we are using proper form and getting the most out of our workout. I enjoy the friendships made while attending classes including wonderful front desk staff! The studio is always clean, well maintained and upbeat. My Happy Place!
Well organised and my trainer Ashley was amazing. I like that while you go at your own rate they still will watch you individually and give you that little extra push. After my free class I’m so sore! I love it
