It’s never the same thing. I don’t have to choose what I’m doing since the coaches tell me what exercises to do. It’s always engaging, the coaches are really encouraging and knowledgeable and it’s fun to make friends while working out. Plus, I always get a great calorie burn.

I loved that my trainer Pickle challenged me and knew how to set a push and base for me. I’m very new and didn’t even know what a push or base was or how the splat system worked . He took the time to explain everything after class and I got 22 spat points!!

Variety
Burns lots of calories in a short amount of time. Changes during the workout keep you from being bored. Different levels of intensity available so you can work at a pace that's right for you. Great coaches to guide you and keep you motivated.

Paige is the head trainer at our new OT near TCU. She has gone above and beyond to help me get and stay working out. I am new to the fitness scene and she has made it almost impossible for me to just slide off the radar. I feel like I am going to be living a healthier life because of joining OT.

Everything about OTF is awesome! I've been going 5 years and have never felt better. Love the variety of workouts. Going to any other gym doesn't work for me as I don't have the motivation that OTF gives me!

Love Love Orange Theory! The staff are friendly and encouraging, the workouts are challenging and ever changing to keep you from being bored. I have been a member for 3 years and still enjoy it. I am in my late 50's and dropped several sizes since starting 3 years ago. Give it a try, you will see results!

Even though there is only treadmill and row - the workouts vary and I don't get bored. I have a hard time work in weights / strength, so having that division and the consistency is really nice.
First and foremost is the coaching staff. They bring enthusiasm and expertise to the workout experience. The variety of workouts is also a very strong draw.
Excellent coaches and structure. Don't feel competition just there to better self.
They help you and make sure it’s right and usually it’s never the same workout. I do want them to bring back 315p all week though

Variety and the community
Amazing staff and coaches. Help you get fit no matter what fitness level you are. I modify exercises as needed with the help of my coaches and have gone from walking to running, can do sit ups when I previously could not, and know proper technique to row. I love that they don’t just tell you what to do and go they help you, cheer you on, get to know what your fitness needs and goals are!
