I really like how the workouts change from day to day. It's hard to get bored like you do in a normal gym. I also enjoy that the staff shows an interest in recognizing the progress of individual members. This comes in the form of brag boards, social media photos, and most importantly personal recognition by the coaches and staff at the studio during and after workouts. Finally, I enjoy all the activities (signature workouts, benchmarks, theme days, etc.). These provide additional motivation and even more variety. Keep up the good work!!
The OTF workout is fun, challenging, motivating and forever changing. It’s something we each day. The coaches are amazing!! Everyone is very encouraging and supportive :)
I like the heavy duty coached workouts! I believe I get the best workout in one hour compared to a self guided one hour workout.
The class setting makes you want to keep pushing through the workouts because if the person next to you can do it so can you.
