Heart monitoring
As always, the staff at SWFW OT are amazing people. From ALL of the coaches, to the front desk staff, managers and owners, everyone really loves where they work and what they do. The facility is always including bathrooms and showers.
I love the coaches, and I love that the workout is different every day. Variety is the spice of life!
The intensity !
It’s so different. Nice change of pace for me. I love it and I love competing against my self. When I see calories burned on the screen it challenges me to push more so can burn more. Great concept. Love it !
I love to go to my OTF studio at the Arlington Highlands. They continue to push and challenge me to be the better version of myself. I wish I could get every one of my friends to see how awesome they are!
Thought I would be super intimidated by the whole class since I don't regularly do any strength training. This class you can set to your own pace, but the coaches are always so motivating and helping you with your posture that you are constantly trying to do your best no matter if it is at 5:30 a.m. It's such a fun class and great atmosphere! There is a community of OTF that are really great and I've already signed up for a membership just with taking one class!
I don’t heed to think about what workout I’m going to do. I just show-up and workout.

OTF has changed my idea about working out and getting fit. This is, by far, the best fitness program I’ve ever done! I’m in better shape than ever before. It is fun, challenging, motivating, and uplifting! Thank you, OTF!!
I like that the trainer is very personal. They know everyone that attends class.
I like that it is a planned workout with a coach monitoring to allow a safe workout yet challenging. Offering options as needed. The coaches care and are very personable. They are knowledgeable. I like working out with a group that encourages each other.
I’m relatively fit already but I’m not good at making myself do cardio. I go to another gym during the week for strength training and then orange theory on the weekends for cardio. Kelly and Carly are awesome. They make cardio not seem so bad.
Different every day. Challenging. I see quick results.

I love the idea of having a planned workout. Coupled with the motivation of the coaches, there's no way someone could fail at this. It's constant progression.
I feel challenged and know I have pushed my physical limits. I know I am improving my overall physical fitness level and I am having fun doing the workouts with professional coaches who cheerfully take use from start to finish.

The motivation from coach and peers. It really feels like your getting a good work out
I like that I can schedule in advance and that class size is limited so there is always enough equipment for everyone. I like the guided coaching through the blocks of exercises. I like the variety of exercises - tread, rower, weights. I don't really like the ab dolly or the leg bands - don't feel like I get much out of them. I like the monitoring so that I can gauge my level of intensity and my results. I like the music to keep the energy up. I appreciate that we are given sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. I wish that more classes were offered especially afternoons on Sat and Sun.
What I like most about the Orange Theory workout is variety of exercises we do in every session. Using the treadmill, rower, free weights, and body weight moves gets in cardio and strength training. Plus, the heart rate monitor lets you know how hard you are working so you know when you can push yourself harder or need to back off a little. Also, I have been to multiple OT locations and Arlington Highlands is an elite location with fantastic coaches, staff and members!! Everyone is professional, friendly, motivating and brings their A game every time.
