I like that the workouts are focused on BOTH cardio and weight training. I never leave a workout feeling like I could've done more or that it was a waste of time. The atmosphere is great (coaches are good at leading, diversity among members/different body types, etc.).

I was worried I was going to get bored doing the same workout every week, but that's not the idea behind OT. I love that every class is different and I'm always challenged. I love it even more when we do an exercise that I've never done before.

The concept of a personal trainer in a group setting is spot on! Great coaches, atmosphere, workouts are well planned out and well taught. Met new friends who also have a common interest in fitness and life. Just love it still after 3 years.
I love the motivating coaches! The workouts are hard enough to be challenging, but not so hard that I don’t ever want to go back. And I do love the results, both in inches I have lost and how much stronger I feel. Keep up the GREAT work, OTF! 🍊🧡❤️
Encouraging coaches and staff challenge you to reach levels that you didn't know you had in you. You work at your level. No pretenses. Those working out with you are supportive. Look forward to attending classes - it's a great way to start the day.
The group energy, motivating coaches, small setting, variety of equipment, & exercises I would not do the same on my own (I push myself more in the group!), make this my favorite way to be active :)!
I love being able to statistically track progress in my workouts. From benchmarks to splat points, the data is key! I can't say enough about the coaches. They are positive, but also push the class to not settle for "easy".
Always something different. High energy from the instructors with challenge and modifying tips.
I love the size of the studio, love the associates and the coaches. I have been to a handful of OT studios between Richardson and McKinney and North Richardson is the biggest one. Love it. It is worth the 30min one way drive!

Coach Shani keeps me coming back. Your other female coaches could learn a lot of great customer service tips from her. She encourages everyone during class.

I like the consistency across coaches. They all have different personalities and styles but they are consistent in their delivery, focus, etc. I like the focus on form when on the floor and they way the workouts take me outside my comfort zone. I've found that I can do much more than I thought. I do wish the music wasn't quite so loud. It hurts my ears sometimes, to the point that I'm actually thinking about wearing ear plugs.
I love OTF and the Frisco studio! They have great Front Desk staff and awesome coaches! I recommend all OT's and studios because it's a great workout!
