Good workout with strong variety of programming.
I love orange theory. Mostly because it makes me a better runner and I️ burn about 600 cals every time I go.
Each day is a different workout and I love it’s super fast pace. Hard to think about anything else while youre there. i love that it’s an instructor led, group setting but also individual enough that you can set your own pace and listen to your body.
They also have a cool app to schedule classes with.
I don’t have to think! And, it’s different every day with great trainers!

The motivation, the jams, the various templates. Templates are never the same although they feel like a week of inclines sometimes. Most of all, the energy the coaches bring!

One hour and we are done! Warm up, the work out and cool down! I don’t have to worry about what to do and for how long. The coaches are great as well.

The energy of the workout is great! I get bored doing repetitive motions. Orange Theory offers a different workout every time I come! I just love it!
That the routine is always different and you’re always being challenged. And that there is a coach there to support and help you.
Completely efficient, I’m always burning 500 calories in 55 mins. I don’t have a lot of time to waste. When I go to OTF I know I will get a good calorie burn and strength workout, even if I take it easy that day.

I think it’s the environment and sense of competition on every class and also the variation of workouts.
I like that everyday is different and the workout is already planned for me. I don’t like going to a standard gym to determine what I need to do in order to complete a workout.
OTF is 60 minutes and is so effective. I love how friendly the staff and coaches are and how encouraging and helpful they are, too. I highly recommend OTF!
Great coaches encourage you to achieve your goals and are supportive to every fitness level. The studio has great community that supports each other, challenges each other and celebrates each others wins.
I can’t say enough great things about this studio. It has changed my outlook on fitness, healthy eating and just life in general.

From the SA, who worked me through intake to Angela, the coach, my first experience was beyond amazing.
