I loved how Coach Wayne kept checking in on me and making sure I was pushing myself in the workout and making me feel comfortable on my first day. Spencer in the reception area was also a huge help in explaining the OTF process and what they can do to help me reach my health goals. The facility was also very clean and everyone was welcoming! Can't wait to start my OTF journey!

I enjoy the 2G format workouts at my studio. The daily workout change keeps it from being a monotonous chore that is dreaded. The coaches at the FloMo studio keep the energy up and the class fun while doing very good demonstrations while also being encouraging. Dana, Michelle and Mikaela specifically

I love the environment - it’s perfect to feel motivated and supported. I also appreciate that although it’s in a group setting, it’s very personal (I compete with myself). This helps keep me motivated and confident no matter what the workout is. Lastly, I love that it’s always a full body workout - my transformation over the years is because of the way we work every session. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This is my favorite kind of workout! You tell me what to do and I do it :) I love the templates and how I don’t feel like in the last three years that I’ve done the same workout twice or even repeated exercises much. The coaches are pretty great at the Addison location! I’ve also had the privilege of using my membership to attend classes in other locations so I don’t lose my routine when traveling. Love OTF!

What's great about Orangetheory Fitness? All of it! great music, a/c, no cell phones, your own equipment - don't have to wait on others, workout planned for you, modification options for all exercises, just one hour - but you have to commit to it, monitor your heart rate, calories and splats, never boring and awesome trainers! Been going to OTF for 3.5 months solid, and want to keep going forever!
Love the energy that coaches and other members bring to the class. And love challenging myself every workout. It's always ME vs. ME!

Its challenging! I don't have to think about or plan my workouts I just follow the layout and coaches. I feel like I am getting more out of each workout than if I do by myself at the gym. Everyone seems to have fun and I like seeing the same people who seem to enjoy fitness as much as I do!

There is a lot of energy in the room. The workouts are varied, so it's not "routine" each time I come to OTF. I particularly like the layout of the Lakewood space. It provides easy access to each station; treadmill, rower, floor, and during the floor exercises, it's easy to see the monitors for reference. All the coaches are enthusiastic. They provide excellent, clear instruction regarding each challenge, and I constantly get feedback regarding technique to improve my form on every station.
I like the variety of workouts! Workouts are always challenging.
OTF is the most efficient and fun hour of exercise ever! I love how knowledgeable the coaches are and how they push everyone in the room, no matter their ability level. Thanks for having eyes all over your heads--it's amazing all the details you catch during the work out while watching a crowd.
I love being coached. I would never stay at the gym long enough so being told what to do at all the stations is just what I need. Also love being fixed on the weight floor so I can get the best results
Challenging, takes the thinking out of what needs to be targeted on each day for the client. Always doing something different every day.
In the past I have enjoyed the way the coaches interact with us. They know our name, they know our tendencies and seem to enjoy their job. They truly try and encourage everyone to do their best and reach new goals.
