I would love if the 345 class was 60 minutes also if the classes would go almost the full 60 minutes like 58 minutes and 2 minutes for stretching instead of 5-8minutes. Also would like to see more endurance and ESP focus classes.

Variety of templates that give a full body high intensity workout in an hour. Benchmarks and challenges keep it fresh and engaging. Finally, All of this would be nothing without the amazing coaching staff at Addison studio who make even the challenging workouts fun.
It’s different every day, the coaches are super encouraging, the music is awesome and the studio’s equipment is up to date.

The fact that it has a good balance of cardio and weights. I don't like machines.
Also, each workout routine is different. The icing on the cake is the instructor-led classes.
It is always challenging, and I am always glad that I went after I am finished. I feel like it is always worth my time. The coaches are great and so motivating.

It’s a great total body workout which includes cardio and weight lifting. I can workout at my own level but the coaches are helpful and encouraging, helping me get to the next level. The workouts are done in community which helps me stay motivated and keeps me in shape. Plus, the people are friendly and fun to workout with. It’s just a great way to start my day!

Personal Interaction with a Trainer and being motivated to do better by working out in a group.
I love that I don't have to think about the workout. I just have to show up and it's a great workout everytime. Things are always changing within the workout so it's not the same all the time. I love the family environment at this location from coaches to SAs to John and all the members.
The coaches are great and very encouraging. The workouts change daily to prevent boredom and support continued progress to my fitness goals.

I enjoy the challenge and the coaching and working at my own pace and skill ability but in a group setting. I also enjoy the facility and the cleanliness and quality equipment. I've gotten to know some other members and find them to be encouraging and friendly. It's been an overall great experience for me.
The group workouts along with a trainer are what keep me going strong, going on 5 years with OTF!
