Trey is hands down my favorite coach. He’s so thorough throughout the workout, takes time to coach people in the weight room, and he always takes the stretching at the end seriously (like actually takes the full time for the stretches). 👏🏼

Challenging, different every day, coaches are not working out with you they are focusing on you and encourage and make sure you are doing everything correctly. They also give lots of tips and motivation.
Different workout every time never boring
Coach Meghan is the best and one of the only reasons I continue to choose OTF for my workouts. Andirea = greatest manager ever! She is always helpful, has a great attitude and overall a wonderful person. These two ladies are for sure why I show up to workout. I enjoy seeing them, chatting with them and of course taking the class from Meghan. I have a gym membership but it's never used. I don't get the same energy from going to the gym like I do when I take a class from Meghan. Keep Coaching, Meghan! Andirea, keep Running the show! Lovers Lane is the best.

I rwally like the variety that is provided with the workouts. I am extremely glad that there is a "lift" class available. The staff from the front desk, to the coaches, and management are always helpful and encouraging. Overall it is a great environment.
I usually show up with injuries from practicing full-contact martial arts. I love how the coaches at Orange Theory, Maggie, in particular, can adapt parts of the workout so that I have a challenging alternative movement that allows me to get a great workout while minimizing pain. Based on my positive experiences and great workout sessions, I recommend Orange Theory to friends all the time.

A healthy mixture of competitive and fun workouts!
The staff is welcoming and super friendly. The workouts are challenging but results are visible and can be customized to any fitness level.
There are some great coaches at this location. They want to know you more than just a high five when you walk in; they remember who you are. They always bring the energy, have fun music, and aren't afraid to push you. Once they know you, they will challenge you to grab a heavy weight or row a little more complicated, making the workout ten times better! The workouts are doable for people who have never been to a gym to gym veterans because the person you are competing with is yourself. The best part is seeing your progress and strength because you will see results when you put in the work!
I like that the classes work out your whole body and adds the cardio. I like the energy and motivation provided by the coaches. And I enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement by classmates. It’s a tough workout every class but it’s fast paced and fun too!

Every aspect was great! The staff were welcoming and informative and enthusiastically answered questions. During the class I was challenged, supported, and felt validated. It was a welcoming environment and I can’t wait for my next class, as well as trying out new ones. :)
