Variety, good work out for the time invested and the class schedule
The workouts are never the same, you’re utilizing the entire 60 min so there’s no downtime and that allows a higher calorie burn. The coaches are supportive and engaging and I also like the fact that each coach has their own playlist that matches their personality. I love that even within each part of the workout you’re constantly able to work on areas of improvement.
It’s never the same and the coaches are always so happy and motivating! It’s just a fun environment and i also burn calories while getting healthier. What else could you ask for??

don’t need the think about what kind of exercise I have to do. It helps to totally unplug and enjoy my exercise. I have a dedicated station so I don’t lose my momentum while I’m regular gyms I had to wait for others to be done with a certain machine. It takes care of my cardio and strength. I honestly love it.

I like the 2-part workout-cardio and weights. It's high energy and easy to follow.
It’s is a highly targeted workout over 45 - 60 minutes, which allows me to get in a great workout in a short amount of time. I like the variety of Power, Endurance, and Strength days and the music is great!
