I absolutely love the variety and the lack of predictability. I would also like to say that Trecia is the best coach. She is always looking to help motivate her students and keep us working hard, challenging us. I have a difficult time with Emily because she is not motivating and doesn't appear to take an interest in her students.
I wonder if you could reconsider the policy that does not allow us to sign up for classes beyond the cycle of our monthly payment. Many times, by the time we are able to sign up (sometimes even for a class the next day, for example), all the classes are full.
I liked that you can choose your start place when you sign in and you supply towels.

I think the results gained with 2 workouts per week is the best thing about OT. I have little time for taking care of myself and OT keeps me fit with the least amount of time.
I can move at my own pace by monitoring my heart rate. I push myself to stay “orange” but back off a bit when my heart rate gets above 95% of max
I also benefit from the coaching and corrections in technique
Love the 90 Min workouts with Stacey!! Although this is not our “HOME studio,” Stacey always makes us feel “right @ HOME.”

WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE BACK!
What I don't like is a shorter list.
1) I don't like hopping off and on equipment such as weights to rower or bike to rowers and back or rower/bike to exercise in front of rower/bike, etc. It's a real hassle getting in and out of the stirrups.
2) I also don't like exercises on the floor.
3) I don't like partnering up or in a team of 3 or more. I'm very slow and I really slow my partner or team down and it's not fair to them. They smile at me but I can see their eyes groan.
In and out in an hour with lots of calories burned.
LOVED Chantelle's class! High energy, good music, great motivation! The studio was so clean!
I haven't worked out in at least 6 years. I recently started walking a 3 mile route in my neighborhood and needed something more. I joined the class because I needed something close to home that would be interactive enough for me to get help. I love that the coaches give everyone individual attention. The coaches help me with technique and also encourage me to get that heavier weight.
I love that every workout is different. Everyone is doing their own thing - i.e., no judgements. The trainers are very positive and encouraging. The hardest part is showing up and that's on me!
The instructors, the space, the music, the stats, the change in workouts each time. You make it fun to workout and you know it's a good thing to do!

I like the variety with the workout. I never feel like I am doing the same thing for a long period of time. I also like that it pushes me harder than I would on my own at the gym.
OTF works every group of muscles in just one workout! It pushes you, it’s competitive, and it makes you sweat!
