What would take me 3 hours to accomplish alone in a gym I can get done within an hour at OTF. I need a personal trainer and I can get that in a group setting at OTF. I like that I can scale the workout based on my age and/or how I'm feeling that day. I like the coaches and the fact that they never single anyone out and embarrass them. I like how they push you. End result? I'm almost 61 years old and my Physician is very pleased with my bloodwork. I am on no medicines.

It’s one of the best things I’ve done. Your job is to show up and work hard. You don’t have to plan anything or feel like you don’t know what your doing. The coaches are amazing and help at any point of the workout. They all are so sweet and want you to succeed.
The classes always make me push myself beyond what I think is possible and I leave each class feeling so accomplished and a better version of myself :)

I the variety of the different workouts and how they vary in difficulty level (and sometimes endurance, sometimes strength).
This is the best 60 min. workout! I get cardio and weights in with a coach who gives the needed corrections and a push when they know you need it. It’s planned so all I have to do is show up. The only negative is I wish I had started earlier.
Mika is the absolute bomb. She gives subtle correction without shouting or making me feel like a WWE wrestler workout, but also not feeling like a snowflake. She's awesome, I wish I could do the buy-in multiple times, but anyway, I'll take her class more in the future.
