The time goes fast during the workout. I enjoy the direction. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I really like everything about Orange Theory. My only question is, how come some people get recognized for milestone classes, and others are ignored? I see people on the Facebook page who are celebrated for 250, 500, 700 etc. I have been going to OTF for three years, 3 days a week, and I have never had a milestone class acknowledged. Just wondering why some people are celebrated and others are ignored.
The coaches push you to get the best workout
I always love OrangeTheory. I used to live in Nashville and would go to West Nashville or Mt Juliet locations. This was my first time visiting the East Nashville location. The location layout was so spacious (1-3 on the weight floor were a little tight, but everywhere else was extra roomy). If I lived locally, I would definitely frequent this location.

The music, the instructors, and working on several different areas in an hour. All of the team members are so warm and inclusive and fun to be around.
I love the music, the mix of exercises, the accountability and the coaching throughout. It's so great to be guided through a workout and not feel lost in the gym.
Getting in shape and improving the quality of health
It works while body and no two days are alike. Even though you are on a work out with other people you learn to go at you pace and strength but focus your self on you goals to make you body better. Also , and most importantly, the whole team starting with the owner Martene, the coaches and sales associates are terrific. Kinda like family

I love that I feel like I have a personal trainer. That the coaches are always paying attention to everyone and making sure they are doing the exercises correctly so you don’t have injuries. All the coaches are wonderful and know you by name.
I love that I can see my progress on a board of random names. I am in competition with myself and other people but I don’t know who they are and they don’t know who I am.
I am 62 years old and have worked out most of my life, but this is the best personal workout class I have ever had.
There are very fit people and those just starting but no one feels uncomfortable or out of place.

The atmosphere is incredible! All of the coaches are amazing and fun. There is always such a great vibe among the members, support staff and coaches. The workouts are challenging and the music is great!! OTF is always the best part of my day :)
