Awesome trainer and staff!
I was visiting from another studio and the staff was very welcoming!! Would definitely return in the future.
I like that the workouts are planned out for you and each workout is different.
That it’s a two group and you can see that it’s a two group when you sigh up. I used to belong to another studio and it wasn’t clear which classes were a two group or a three group. I find that my workout is better when it’s a two group.
Everything! It pushes me and I like that it is never the same workout twice. I can’t predict what I will be facing which is what I love.
It’s the just right intensity .. coaches are awesome and I like how they mix things up between rowing, treadmill and floor exercises. Does not get boring!
It’s challenging and changes to get optimum results.
I don't have to think too hard to figure out what to do and I can just focus on moving! Plus, I like the constant change in approaches and activities which make the class go by so quickly...but with great intensity!
The equipment was brand new. Danielle was awesome and very helpful.
The pace of the class
the workout is amazing, but sometimes the coaches play really crappy music (i.e. Emo rock) that doesn't really go with the workout and gives me a headache.
It was a total body work out .
I love that it is different each and every time. I love that it is usually a full body workout. I love that it is challenging each and every time, keeping me on my toes and wanting to strive to be better each time.

My instructor was friendly and I enjoyed the workout. The facility was top notch as well.

It’s intense and challenging! It really pushes one to their highest fitness potential. I love that it includes all high intensity cardio and weight training in one class. OTF is really a gem. For someone who hates traditional gyms this gym is perfect for me! I’ve never enjoyed working out until I joined!
It was great for our team building event. I loved the score board that added a competitive element and Eli was an amazing instructor

I’ve been working on a hip issue for the past few weeks and I like how the classes allow me to adjust and still receive a beneficial workout. And the instructors are great and open to educating clients on any and all questions. In addition the staff is extremely personable.
I love the coaches and I love how hard the workout is for an hour. I feel like the hour is an hour well spent! I also love the heart rate monitor component! I am an OTF advocate. The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 is the cost. It's very pricey, and while I justify the price to myself, I'm not sure everyone would!

I liked the music and the instructor. I also liked the exercises we did. It challenged me, even more than exercising with my trainer.
It's super efficient - running and weights combined.
That said, I really HATED the 3G yesterday. I usually get in 3 miles which is what I like about OT, I only did 1.5M and burned the lowest calories of any session I've taken
