Classes are set in 3 parts: Bike or “thread”, rowing and floor; it is fun and still very challenging. Time runs fast!!!! The heart monitoring is great: Forces me to push myself into the “Orange” zone. We see everyone committed to improving their results which can be easily tracked!
I love the variations of the workouts. I also love all of the coaches and how they have the ability to help everyone in the class. The sign "Nothing feels better than a finished workout" is the best motivation as you're walking in to the studio.
Coach Mark and Coach Chelsea are amazing! They always have the best energy and make working out at 6am fun and enjoyable!!! I love that each workout is different every time!
Orangetheory Chelsea is great! The trainers really motivate you to do your best. All the desk staff are welcoming and helpful.
The coaches are engaged and challenge you. You get a strong well rounded workout that adjusts to anyone's skill level.
One big issue personally is that I feel like I've lost a lot of muscle mass doing OT for several months. The workout is great for cardio but the floor work doesn't seem to isolate muscle groups enough to create fatigue - even with increased weights.
I like that I can just follow along and not have to think about what to do next.

It’s never the same
I love the OrangeTheory workout for many reasons! I love how it consistently changes to target different area of the body. I always feel challenged at the studio, but more importantly, motivated to succeed. The instructors are awesome, and the front desk team is so kind!
