The classes are well coached and you can make it as hard or easy as you need to. Being in the class with others definitely helps motivate you to push yourself and get more out of the workout than you would on your own.
The environment is energizing including all of the coaches to whom I have been exposed thus far. I enjoy pushing myself, and the OTF design encourages that. It also is a fast-paced workout which is fun. The hour goes by quickly, and I feel accomplished when it is complete!

Good flow, tough workouts, great music, good location, love it!
This is the fastest hour of exercise. Under professional guidance by a trainer it is fun and effective to build strength and endurance. I like that I can modify the routine, ie., with a partial knee replacement I prefer to power walk rather than run on the treadmill segments.
I love the intensity! It's a great work out and I never watch the clock.

Awesome instructors and great exercise programs
I love that I have a coach for an hour and that I can burn 400-500 calories in a workout. I love that I get cardio and weight training in my workout. It’s never the same but it’s always challenging!
