Coaches are great! Such good energy and a great atmosphere for getting that good good workout in. I’ll be moving soon and it’ll be a drive but I will probably still make my way to railyard because it’s my favorite OTF in the Charlotte area!

What do you like about our workout?

Having just turned 60 years old, an Orangetheory workout reminds me that I don't need to act my age, and can still hang with the others in the class. The cardio portion of the workout is what keeps be coming back, as it would be hard for me to get that type of workout at home. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the coaches at University - Annie, Lilly, Simi, and Cara are all excellent. Keep up the good work.

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory is the best thing that I did for myself. The workouts challenge me and the community has become a fun little family. The cost is a little much, but I won't be leaving any time soon.

I like that there is a coach telling me what to do. I don’t have to decide what exercises to do and for how long. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and fun to workout with.

What I LOVE about my workout is that I never know what's coming so I can't back out, I love having 30 min of heavy cardio on the treads & then 30 min on the floor with weights, it makes me feel balanced. All of coaches are amazing & extremely motivating! I've been doing since 2019 and I never miss a scheduled work out!

I love the coaches and the set up of this gym. Elan and Nate always play great music and motivate me to run more. I don’t always get to come in while Ashley and Haley are there but they are great too! I wouldn’t still be a member if it weren’t for the staff members there. Jen is the best manager I have ever met. She truly cares about everyone and she has always goes out of her way to check in with me when she’s there.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange Theory is my favorite gym! I love seeing my stats in front of me and also on the boards so I can silently compete against others (which is my favorite way to be competitive, haha!) The music while on the treads might be my favorite. When the right song comes on I find myself able to add .1 or .2 to my walk or run and really push myself while having fun doing it! The floor work-outs are always tough and work multiple areas and I always find myself a little sore the next day. Overall I enjoy the upbeat environment, how you can scale everything to your own fitness levels, and how many calories I'm able to burn in an hour!
