I like that I sign up on your app, you come to class and I’m out the door in an hour. You get a great well rounded workout. The instructors are excellent! Offering whole body lift classes are a bonus.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety, full body workout format (weight lifting/strength training, cardio), group fitness with personalized instruction, positive, encouraging, welcoming atmosphere. Challenging, everchanging.

What do you like about our workout?

I like having a knowledgeable coach who is motivating and can offer modifications when I need them. If I try to work out on my own, I tend to find ways to make it easier on myself. OTF pushes me to work harder. Plus, the staff and other members are welcoming and encouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

All I have to do is show up at 6:15 to get in a great workout. Coaches and staff know my name and keep me going throughout the sessions as do other members. A great community for staying fit year-round!

There’s no thinking, you just show up! It’s so convenient, you are in and out in an hour, and goes by quick! You leave feeling accomplished and also get a great workout in! Also the coaches and music and staff are always so nice and motivating!

What do you like about our workout?

The community, the community, the community! From staff, coaches and members, we are all one big Fit Fam not just working out together, we are enthusiastically involved in More Life Together! OTF and specifically Steele Creek, is the most integral part of my physical, emotional and psychological health. For one hour a day, I can leave the baggage of life outside, meet my dearest, most treasured fit Fam peeps, and push my limits. I’m oft to say, I come to OTF to hangout with my friends I love, occasionally a workout will breakout ha-ha!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that you can go at your own pace. Its literally always a good workout. You never have to worry about not getting in a good workout. I also like that we have coaches to encourage us and make sure we are doing the exercises correctly.
