Fun playlists. Coaches are awesome and push you to always do more and do better. Mix of cardio and weights. It never gets easier.

Coaches T & Jon are the best! They do a great job of motivating, pushing us, and training. Couldn’t do it without them (literally!).
Would like the option of showing “advanced” exercises in addition to easier. Really need to keep music diverse- would like variety of classic rock, rock, techno dance, “old-school”. Often music genre leans towards hip hop. Slower tempo/beats kill motivation. Pop is the worst. Keep transitions within class moving, sometimes too much downtime.
Coach Ana Marie makes all the work outs fun and she is very encouraging. She makes you want to strive to do your best no matter what mood you are in. She is a big part of what makes me excited and happy to show up.
Full body work out, lots of cardio and weights. But in an environment that is not intimidating. I also like the fact that you run on the treadmill vs. outside and around a gym, like the Y.

Workouts are well rounded and include all muscle groups. They include both cardio and strengthening. Modifications are always available - important for me since I have had bilateral hip replacement.

I love the community atmosphere and the positive energy in the room. I feed off that energy + the coaches are the best EVER! Of all the workouts I have ever had, Orangetheory Fitness - Rock Hill has been the most consistently challenging and satisfying. It includes the automatic feedback l desire immediately after each class as I track my individual progress!🥰
High energy, full body workout
I love the lively workout atmosphere, and friendly environment. Your coach makes sure to check in with you personally during your workouts, and all of the staff are so nice. I have already recommended so many people, and I have only been to two workout sessions so far! I can’t wait to continue my workout journey with Orangetheory!
I like having an instructor lead the class but have the ability to work at my own pace. I enjoy working out with my OTF family because we have fun and offer each other support in and out of the studio.
