The team at OT Park Road was super easy to work with, welcoming and very helpful with getting me back into the rhythm of working out. I had previously been to OT years ago and was just getting back into it. Everyone is always friendly and all the coaches are quick to assist me with adjustments to certain moves due to knee injuries. The classes are fun and always different so you don't get bored doing the same thing each class.

It’s a perfect balance between cardio and lifting and the level of difficulty varies which makes it’s a challenge but not impossible to complete.
OTF encourages me to push myself more than I do when working out myself at the gym & it costs less than personal training. I enjoy the immediate feedback from my heart monitor so that I can adjust my intensity, as needed. I appreciate the consistent workout I get when I travel & visit other OTF locations.

It's extremely productive! I get a great workout in while simultaneously getting a mental reset. As one who tries to maximize every minute of every day, the fact that these workouts are optimized for best results each and every time allows me to trust the process!

I really enjoy having a trainer to guide the workouts and provide encouragement to get you through workouts that would be much tougher if done on your own when you have the choice to quit early. It's great that they give you proper instruction to make sure exercises are done the correct way to prevent injury. I was very happy our mask mandate got lifted recently, but of course that is mostly determined by outside forces. The app makes is easy to set up your schedule ahead of time and is accommodating for any type of work schedule. The follow up emails about the recently finished workout are nice too because you get to see your distances and progress that you've made. Lastly, the best part might be that the workouts don't leave you super sore and not wanting to come back. It's mainly cardio based which I think is better for losing weight and staying toned, and the suspension on the treadmills makes it totally fine to be going on ~1.5mi runs multiple times a week.
I enjoy the different blocks, keeps working out fresh. I feel like the coaches are all friendly and want you to be your best self.
Love OT! The every day is different workouts are awesome. Changing everything up keeps it Interesting and it never gets boring. Each coach’s playlist always keep me hopping.
