The structure and the tracking. I know what to expect when I come for a workout & I know I can do it which minimizes any anxiety I would normally have. Also I can see how I am doing at all times. For me this is a huge motivation.

I have been a OTF Fort Mill, SC member for over 4 years. It is the first workout that has kept me engaged and coming back over and over. I love the templates and the coaches. Some days are tougher than others, but, most importantly I love the fact it is as much of a part of my routine as going to work. It has helped with my stress levels and also has helped me to become stronger in all aspects of my life.
I like the challenge of the work outs. You know you are getting a good one every single day. I like the formats. I like the different options that are offered.
The coaches are very knowledgeable and are correcting form if needed. They are very encouraging throughout the workout as well. I like when they have themed music days. I like the amount of classes offered in the day.
