What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are challenging, yet you can still go at your own pace. There is still the feeling of working out hard and pushing yourself, but there is no pressure like in other group classes to keep up or be outed because you finish last. Only you, your heart monitor and your coach know where you are. The OTF team are also all so motivating and supportive as well as welcoming; they truly want everyone to be successful regardless of your fitness level.

What do you like about our workout?

I like my results. I like that it’s 53 minutes and that we rotate, it’s never the same routine and they make it as fun as much as working out can be. The staff is always friendly and energetic.

It’s an amazing workout. I am working muscles I never new existed. The workouts are never the same and the staff makes it an inviting, exciting and encouraging place to be.

What do you like about our workout?

The Rock Hill staff and coaches make you feel so comfortable and they make a pout to get to know us. Gyms can be so intimidating and I’ve never felt that way at this OTF.

The instructors are really good! Justin is my favorite. Always motivates me to do more and better. The studio is nice too - appreciate the new thread mills.

Its a good way to spend an hour and get a full body workout. Time is of essence to me so it is exactly what I needed to supplement my running.

I love how personal the trainers at Mooresvile make the workout. They make an effort to encourage and. All people out by name...even if they are not sure which one you are. Makes you feel part of a close knit group!

I love that the workout changes all of the time and is challenging for everyone - no matter your fitness level. I also love the OTF FM Coaches. I recently worked out at a studio in NYC and was expecting an Uber amazing experience. It was a really impersonal experience (no high fives on the way in - what?!) and I really felt that the coaches in NYC were just saying the words. OTF FM coaches really care about healthy lifestyle and about members.

OTF engages and challenges in a different way every day. I never get bored, and always feel accomplished when I finish a session. The instructors do a great job keeping everyone on task and in sequence so you never feel lost.

I love orangetheory! The workouts fly by and I feel superhuman when done. Such an efficient workout too. And for those starting out or just getting back to it, you can go at your own pace. It’s all about challenging yourself.
