I love that everytime I go into Orange Theory the workout is different. The front desk team are always super friendly when I arrIve. It has pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. I also love that they offer the lift classes and 45 minute express . Erinn is the best coach ! She is always there to motivate me , help address corrections I need , and make me believe in myself even when I don’t ! She definitely has kept me coming back and continuing to push myself !

Pretty much everything: knowledge of trainers, atmosphere, front desk staff are excellent. It's a really good workout. Yes, highly recommend. However, with premier membership, and having a disability, when I need to cancel every now and then, the fees stack up!!!
Coaches are encouraging and continue to push me to meet, exceed my goals and create new ones.

All of the instructors bring great energy to every class!! I feel motivated to push myself during the workouts. The studio is always clean and well organized.
There is only one word. EVERYTHING!!! I workout in the 5 am classes and let me tell you… I feel great throughout the day because of it. My hope is to got from 195 to 145. Orangetheory coaches are so motivating and helpful. It feels like family. Not like a gym. I encourage anyone who needs motivation and support to go to Orangetheory!!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR???!!!! START YOUR SELF JOURNEY’S!!!!! Believe in yourself because YOU CAN!!
The treadmill, rower, and exercises. All three makes full body workout and fat burning.
Great studio environment and the lady who signed me up, Amelia, is awesome and motivating!

I like how encouraging the coaches are.
I love the positivity and encouragement you get from all Orange Theory staff and coaches as soon as you come through the door. Everyone is so friendly when greeting you up front. The Coaches are incredible and really take the time to make sure you understand instructions and are getting the most out of your work out! I have never been one that gets into exercise and sticks with a work out plan for long, but it is so easy to stay motivated when you work out at OT! I've been a member since October and I could not love it more!

The coaches are wonderful. The manager does a fantastic job. He is always at the studio and is so helpful. The front desk staff is very welcoming and does a great job. Great studio all around!

Fast paced and fun. A participant can play in the hour class at their own ability and look forward to improving skills and speed.
The motivational staff and members, and no two workouts are ever the same. This staff genuinely cares about its members and wants to see everyone meet their goals.
The instructors' team environment, its fun, super motivating and challenges everyone at "their level" to improve. I feel like I always have areas to improve upon and its fun as they start clicking for me.
The facility is ALWAYS pristine and clean, excellent equipment all in great shape.
I like how the workouts differ. I do need to start grabbing heavier weights and I'm trying to figure that out, but that is an individual problem.
I like the size of the studio. Maybe have your instructors turn the music down when they tell people what to do during the workout. It was hard to hear them sometimes

The best part of OTF is coming in as you are and dropping everything else at the door, then walking out feeling better than when you came in.
I love the variety of the workouts and the motivation/energy of the coaches and other members. I also like that my husband and I can both work out side by side but at our own pace/fitness levels. This is by far the longest I’ve actually gone to a gym! If you had told me a year ago I would be consistently going to the gym, I’d have laughed at you!
That it always challenges you to try harder
