It pushes me harder than I would normally push myself and I get a great workout in without having to spend a long time at the gym. I also like the accountability, which has been my biggest struggle and why I continuously fell off the wagon before.

The front desk staff and Coach Taylor was awesome! Everyone is super friendly. Taylor’s energy was phenomenal and you can tell she loves what she does. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

I really appreciate how the trainers and front-desk employees make an effort to get to know everyone! I also really like how the workouts change every day, but are always very challenging and effective.

What is not to love about OTF> The Steele Creek location is amazing. The staff is outstanding and the coaches are second to none! Everyone makes you feel like family and one that you actually want to be apart of! The workouts are so great! I love that I never do the same workout twice! I look forward to my workouts. Thanks for providing me with an awesome space that kicks my butt and makes me want more!

I love how encouraging everyone is. The coaches are always very helpful and keep me wanting to continue pushing throughout the workout. Joining Orangetheory Fitness is by far one of the best things that I have done for myself and my fitness journey.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orangetheory! The workouts are challenging and the coaches make sure to push you and keep the workouts interesting. My only recommendations would be to have more 15 and 20lbs weights on the extra weight rack. If we could also select where we wanted to start prior to the workout (when booking on the app), that would be beneficial. Showing up 20-30 minutes before a class, especially in the morning can be a pain.

I like that it’s a high energy full body workout. I like that it’s fast paced so you don’t have time to stop and slack off. I also like the coaches. They are very encouraging and upbeat.

Love the team - Trainers, staff and layout of facility. Each class feels new/different to prevent workout monotony and you truly do feel and see results. All the more worth while to keep coming back.

I love my entire hour at OTF! The coaches are incredible! I like that the workouts are never the same. I haven’t found another workout that pushes me like Orangetheory does. I am as strong as I have ever been. The whole staff is so positive and helpful. I encourage anyone who wants to see a positive change in their overall body and health to give OTF a try.

What do you like about our workout?

I don't have to think about what to do in the gym! I am motivated by the coaches and the people around me. Signing up was super easy and I have already gone 3 times in one week. I love it.

The most efficient workout in an hour! Amazing support from the community and staff. The best part is that it alleviates the stress of having to plan what type of workout I have to do that day. I can just walk in and let the coach guide me and just do the work at my own pace. I have muscles in places I never had before from any other workout with a trainer. It focuses on H.I.I.T., which was highly recommended by my functional neurologist. It has the whole package for a great price! With the premium membership going 3-4 times a week breaks down into $11 a class, which gives you all the tools you need to succeed.

What do you like about our workout?

Great music, EXCELLENT instructors.....like having your own personal trainer that you share with 23 other people. Those 23 others are a bonus because ALL of you are working so hard at doing your best, regardless of your fitness level. That's the cool thing about HR (heart rate) based fitness and OTF in particular. I wrestled for 20 years, even on an international level. Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) is the closest thing to getting back to the wrestling room. In the wrestling room (ie during practice), you are competing with yourself, even more so than the guy across the mat as he's on your team. You want to make BOTH of you better, more fit wrestlers, so that on match day, you kick the sh-- out of the other team. That's how OTF works....all 20+ of you in that class are trying to make YOUR SELF better. It doesn't matter if you are an ex-grappler that's now 40 lbs overweight, or a budding tri-athlete, who is in amazing shape. YOU determine your level of intensity and all those people around you are pushing towards their own personal goal. Nobody in there cares if you are overweight. They are all trying to do the same thing and the motivating instructors (Marlene, Jordan and Cory in our case) are all AMAZING at getting you motivated....amazing music, excellent fitness instructors and leadership skills. I would recommend OTF to anyone who wants to get in better shape, sleep better at night and feel REALLY good after a 50 minute gym session. It also helps my wife (Renee) and I keep up with our 9 year old son on 5ks and hikes!
HIIT is not new (wrestlers have been using it for 100+ years), but OTF has perfected it and YOU don't even have to think about "what exercise should I perform next to keep this going?" OTF does all that for you, and it's rhythm (in music and workouts), and coaches are outstanding. Here's the other thing that OTF does better than ANY other place out there: they keep your workout safe and that means the right balance of cardio/core/floor and dumbell lifting. That means that you are less likely to sustain injury than if you were doing most other CrossFit workouts, that utilize much heavier weights. If you haven't at least tried OTF, you should do one free class. You'll realize after that first class, that this place is something special.
