What I like best about OTF workouts is that they have a variety of activities, but you are encouraged to stay within your best, not anyone else.
It’s a full body workout that incorporates cardio and muscle training in a one hour workout. It’s not just an instructor led class, but a class where the instructor pushes you to your limits and ensures that your form is always correct as you move through your stations. The heart monitor encourages you to keep pushing and helps you paces yourself when needed. The fun part about is you get to see where you gage with others in the class. I love how much endurance I have built with coming consistently to class in just such a short period of time. Would highly recommend to others!
Good variety and coaching
I never thought that working out would become such an important part of my life, but it has. Three years ago I started a weight loss journey at 467 pounds. A year and a half later I was down to 333 but had plateaued. It was around this time that my wife joined her friend in this thing called Orange Theory Fitness and I thought "Why not?" Since then I have dropped another 40 pounds and exchanged a good portion of my fat into muscle. I may be close to 50 now but I am in the best shape of my life thanks to OTF.
I like that it's a full body workout with cardio as well as strength training. I also enjoy the variety of workouts

I like that the workouts are pre-planned. All you have to do is show up and you get a well rounded workout with cardio and strength training. No thinking! I’m also a data geek so I love being able to track all of my stats in the app!

It’s more than just a workout. It’s a healthy life choice. It breeds good health habits and focuses on overall health and wellness instead of weight loss. When I looked into various gyms and systems, I kept coming back. If you want to lose a bunch of weight, this is o my a small piece and you should focus on other things. If you want a healthy lifestyle and just pure general fitness, this is for you. My mental state has improved, my heart health has dramatically increased and I feel overall healthier. I breathe easier, I am happier overall. The staff from instructors to front desk are all amazing people. Overall I do t have enough words to describe how pleased I am.
The workouts aren’t often the same, they challenge me, provide options when needed and I always feel accomplished when a class ends.
