What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety and the challenge. There’s always some thing fun and new to experience as well. Progress is easy to measure with the heart rate monitors. The coaches are great. It’s lots of fun!

What do you like about our workout?

Good mix of cardio and strength. Coaches are encouraging and motivating, but also respectful of where you're at. Love that I can work out at any OT location and book easily online via the app. I wish I could select a tread, rower or floor first on the app- Currently, I have to get there early if I want to get a certain spot to start (no big deal, but would be a nice-to-have!)

What do you like about our workout?

What has me hooked on OTF is the coach led, intense, group workout. I love that the workout changes everyday to something different, because I have a habit when on my own, to stick to the same exercises. The comradery is great, even when I travel to other studio's it's comforting, knowing I can get a workout while having the continuity in format and studio. OTF has gotten me into the best shape of my life.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the community! I immediately felt welcomed in and like I was part of a family. All of the coaches, front desk workers and fellow classmates are incredibly encouraging. I love that every day is different and that I can challenge myself or take it slow if I need to. I only wish I had joined sooner!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was great and everyone was friendly.
The only feedback is the smell of the facility. It smells of mildew. I know it’s a gym and people sweat but none of the other OTFs I’ve visited have that issue.

I like the workouts at OrangeTheory because they include a cardio and weight lifting program. I always leave feeling stronger and healthier.

Thank you for welcoming me to OTF FH! I am a regular at OTF Northville, and even though FH is a little bit of a drive for me, it was so worth it to have Faisal as a coach! He brings such energy and care into every workout, and I immediately felt right at home.

The chaos! Not only is it a challenging workout, but you’re often so focused on what you need to do next that your mind has no time to think of anything else. It’s really been a great way to escape my thoughts for a while and just be in the moment.

What do you like about our workout?

One of the things I love the most about OT is that I don’t have to think about what muscles to work out or what to do next. Every time I leave the gym I feel like I got the best workout. I love that I have been going consistently for months and that some days my body/muscles still get sore the next day. I haven’t met a coach I didn’t like. They are all so motivating and make sure you know what you’re doing.
