Orange Theory Fitness has honestly changed my life. When I originally joined a few years back, I was just looking to move my body and maybe lose some weight. What I’ve gained over the years is a community, confidence, strength, and a new mindset in regards to exercise. The coaches genuinely care about the members and encourage us to be better with each workout. I tell everyone about Orange Theory Fitness!

There are so many ways to challenge yourself, and seeing the hard work pay off is extremely motivating. Starting my day with these workouts is the jumpstart I absolutely need. Between the coaches, the entire staff really, and members,I could not ask for a better environment.

So far, I’ve only had one instructor. His energy and music are great. I like the interval workouts and I like that the workout routines change.

I really liked that everyone can work at their own pace. Coaches encourage effort but appreciate that all people are different and so everyone's all out and push are not equal. Just a very welcoming approach to working out for all!
