I like that the Orange Theory workouts are total body strength plus cardio packed into a fun and energetic 60 minutes. I would otherwise spend at least 1.5 hours doing the same amount of work on my own at the gym. Time is precious!

I love that it gives you a great full body workout, including strength training and is different all of the time. I also love the coaches as they’re always motivating and make the workout fun!

I like that it is a mix of cardio and strength training. It is upbeat, and go go go, no extended resting, stays with the routine. I like the fact that the workouts change up all of the time.
