Love the workouts/coaches and the gym is clean!
The music, the coaches are helpful, but not up in your grill, and the workout is paced well to keep you interested!

The staff was very engaging. I did not feel belittled in anyway since I am totally out of shape. The instructor came by every so often to check on me and I was treated with utmost respect. All of the others in the class were also very nice.
I love the family type atmosphere from the minute you walk into the studio. The front desk staff is friendly and personable and knows clients by name. The coaches genuinely care about each client and there fitness goals. The coaches are friendly and always there to help.
Workouts are focused on individual performance and heart rate training.
The staff could not be kinder or more supportive. I love being able to just get in and get it done in the morning. Someone else has done all the planning and thinking, all I have to do is bring it.

The variety that is presented. The workouts keep your body guessing. I wish we could have a print out of some favorite exercises for like core, arms, legs and stretching for when we are on vacation.
Overall, OTF-GB is amazing. I love it.
I enjoy exercising in a group environment and like high intensity exercise and there are Lots of variety in the workouts also, which helps pass the time and prevents boredom. some friends persuaded me to give it a shot. Now I love it. It's awesome, being able to turn off my brain and have my coach tell me what to do. It's amazing how much of life's BS I can tune out when I'm getting a good workout on a regular basis. I like all the coaches but I have attended mostly coach Layla’s class .. she is fantastic coach. I have joined other gym in the past but never felt like going more than 2 times in a week but here in OT I
like to go all 7 days.. usually I go 5 days a week… it’s been 2 weeks now since I joined and I have started feeling light and energetic. I can’t wait to see results in the weighing scale now.😆
I love the workouts and the ability to have strength 50 and tread 50 added to the mix. The coaches are phenomenal and very motivating! I have been a member of OT Shelby since it opened and I can't think of a better place to be. I have built great friendships with members and staff.
I love that it’s always different and I don’t have to think about what to do. I am always burnt out when it’s over, which I take as a sign for a great workout.
The studio has great energy with competent and enthusiastic coaches who motivate you through workouts even on your low-energy days. They have kept me going for over 900 workouts!
