I like how quick the workout is from a timeframe and get so much accomplished in a session. I also like the camaraderie among the patrons cheering each other on.

I feel good after workout.
I had a suggestion.....As I've lately been really working towards increasing my strength, and attempting to increase the weights I'm using, I can't be the only person who finds it extremely challenging to go up five pounds at a time. Obviously space is a big consideration so getting 17-ish and 22-ish lb dumbbells is probably not a possibility. But, what about small 1-2 lb accessory discs to add to the existing dumbbells? That way individuals could gradually work their way up to the higher weights. Just a thought!

Each class is strategic and make me feel I am doing the best workout possible. I am proud to say I go to Orange Theory!

I love the variety of workouts and the pace of change. My brain likes the constant motion, clear start and end times and consistency of classes offered. The coaches and staff are very friendly and welcoming as well.

I like the variety and not having to put to much thought into what I'm doing each time I go. The atmosphere is always encouraging, most of the coaches are there to help you be a better you, and the members are really great.

I like that it's a guaranteed good workout every time so I don't have to plan workouts. I like the encouraging environment and that you compete with yourself. I also like the all-around healthy vibe - how the instructors encourage recovery, rest, hydration, and eating!

I don't hate it and that's as good as it gets for me, lol. I also like that it's different every time, so I never get board or dread it and I don't have to think about it. I just have to follow direction.
The staff are the best. Reece does a superb job and all the coaches are great. They make the workout so fun.
Best workout around! I have been a member for 4 years! This is the longest I have ever stuck with a workout. Each day the workout varies so you don't get bored! The studio has a great level of camaraderie, so you look forward to going to your class!
The instructor's energy and encouragement. The variety. The modifications are offered and I love the way we track our heart rate and that educates me to know my body better. I can tell if I am in green or orange simply by my breathing. Love it there.

I LOVE orange theory. The movements are simple yet challenging. The music is great and the coaches keep us all fired up in addition to keeping us safe. They correct your form to ensure you work the correct muscle and don’t injure ourselves. They keep it fun and exciting with different contests and benchmarks. The only downside is the cost. It’s very expensive, but it’s an investment in your health.
