Great music, great coach, really good variety of work outs
It's an intense directed workout that is over in an hour and then I'm done for the day. Works on multiple parts of my body. I also like scheduling a time to work out because I'm not self-motivated or knowledgeable enough to do workouts on my own.

I scored you guys a 10 BUT I do have one complaint. I wish the SAs and coaches would tell members to NOT use the bathrooms to change their clothes. With only two single bathrooms for us to use, it irks me that I have to wait 5-10 minutes to use it before class. The shower/changing rooms are literally one step away from the bathrooms. I have been waiting for a long time to anonymously speak my mind! On the other hand, I love OTF, the workouts, the coaches, and the music (sometimes.). Lol.
I like the variety of the classes, the coaches who motivate and challenge us to push ourselves beyond what we think is possible, and also how the coaches guide us on the proper way to use the weights, rowers and treads. I wasn’t sure if after the pandemic lockdown I’d be as excited about OTF as I was before the lockdown. But I still LOVE it and I’m still addicted!!

Challenge and pace
It is an intense workout - completed within one hour. I do wish you offered more class time mid day.

The workout offers a lot of variety and I like the fact that it is different every day. The coaches are all great and offer us modifications if something prevents us from doing a certain exercise. I love the enthusiasm of the coaches and they motivate me to work harder. I recommend OTF to my friends all of the time. OTF is the Best!
I liked that it was really simple. I didn't have to come up with my own workout. Even when I was confused, I could just look at the screen and figure out what I had to do. It was very low stress and low pressure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the instructor was amazing, the facility was really nice and clean. Also, my friend recommended the place and I'm glad I listened to her. Will definitely be coming back as a regular.

I always had a hard time on what to do at the gym. I love having a coach tell us exactly what to do & I love that everyday is different! (I also always love the music.) I have found myself grabbing heavier weights & can really see & feel a difference in my body! OTF has made me stronger mentally & physically.
The amount of energy I have after, the pace of class and never doing the same class twice.

The concept is good and the trainers are perfect
Everything! I love that it challenges me. I love that I don’t have to come up with a template myself. I love the ability to set benchmarks. I love that I can track my heart rate, distance, etc. I love the variation in endurance, strength and power days. I love the orange lights and the loud music. I love the energetic coaches. I love the positive, encouraging atmosphere. And I love that I feel like a million bucks every time I leave.
The variety, it goes fast, but definitely challenging.
My sister and I love the workouts. They are so effective at burning calories and the coaches (I've heard) are motivating and well trained.
