I love to run, not so much weight work. Orange Theory is a great workout that combines what I love (cardio work) while inspiring me to do what I don't love (weight and floor exercises) for a much better workout than I could ever get on my own.
It's invigorating, motivational and I always feel better after completing a workout at OTF.

Things have changed recently- workouts are getting a little more challenging and body parts haven’t been repeated numerous days in a row. I attendees for 6 straight days and every workout was different!! The mix of cardio and weights is great and I’m never bored

Full body workout.
I show up for an hour, I get instructions on what to do - I don’t have to plan anything out or worry about hitting all of my muscle groups, and I am getting in great shape. I like the workout variety- it’s always changing! The coaches are energetic and motivating. I like the upbeat music. I like that my workout is based on my heart rate zones, so I am less likely to compare myself to other people.
Always a good workout and always challenging.
