Kelly and Zach are fantastic!
Kelly speaks loudly and slowly which is rare with fitness coaches. I’m rarely confused about what we’re doing. She’s effective at getting us to understand the workouts so that we can do them correctly and pushing us to push ourselves.
Zach is awesome at ensuring we are using proper form and pushing ourselves beyond what we think we’re capable of. He always brings the energy and encouragement!
The front desk staff is also amazing. They are encouraging and friendly. They make you feel like you’re family.
I love going in, getting after it and going out. They keep things moving and make it fun. You can tell the coaches really care too!

I like the 3G format and quick switches around the room. It makes to workout go by faster. I also like the floor workouts the best and can already tell I've gotten stronger.
The variety of the workout, strength, cardio.
I love the full body workout. I prefer the 2G to the 3G, I always get a better result when I’m attending a lot of 2G classes. I love the coaches - Frankie, Sophia and Ashley are always fun and play great music. I also like the ability to visit other OTs when I’m traveling. My favorite place to be in the am!
The couches and the staff are amazing the energy that the couches put in the classes is wonderful!!!
Nice space. Good music. Good mix of different exercises. Overall, a great experience.
The treadmills and the floor
I was greeted with a smile when I walked through the door, totally unexpected at 4:30am. The trainer explained the workout, I'm new some of the terminology I don't understand yet. I liked that she demonstrated the moves and I also had a screen to refer to. I'm still learning the "flow" but I like what I'm doing and enjoy the jams.
They challenge of each workout.
Instructors are motivating. The music helps! And you don't have to do a lot of thinking to get through a workout. Just do the routine and an hour goes by so fast At the end, the sense of accomplishment is excellent.
It’s a good overall workout.
Without someone with proper knowledge directing the workout, i would not be able to do this on my own.

I get a lot done in an hour. Software is relevant and intuitive. I have a condo in Florida and am currently vacationing in California and have used four different non-Grosse Pointe locations to keep momentum while out of state.
I like the cross training approach with variety of muscles used. Also, tracking heart rate is nice. Awesome instructors and motivating fitness environment!!
