Aggressive workouts
Kristina was a great coach for me as a newbie. It was definitely an intense workout but she kept pushing me. I'm competitive so it worked and I was motivated to keep going!!

I n Ed to be kicked in the butt. It’s super expensive and I wish there was a senior discount but I really need this for my overall health.

The coaches and the diversity of workouts.
It’s a great and rigorous workout! I can push myself to my limit yet the workout is flexible enough that everyone in the class can say the same regardless of fitness level. I always feel great and energized (although tired!) afterward
I like the variety of exercises, no two days are the same at OT.
Also I like the way options are given based on the the stamina of the person.
Lastly, i like the encouragement that is provided by the coaches, Fred is my favorite. :)
Orange Theory is an amazing workout completed in 60 minutes! The instructors are supportive and make it fun!
It's a great balance of a full body workout. The ability to push yourself through each segment is a challenge and somedays It's enough to just show up and move. At 55 I have noticed my body needs to recover more often but having classes daily helps me to stay active and early classes allows me to get it done before work. I am truly grateful for OT.
