I like how the workouts are different each class. Prevents the classes being boring.
Very nice, I was really nervous upon arriving but once we started I immediately felt at ease.
It’s a total body workout that moves at a fast pace.
That although in a group setting, I was able to go at my own pace and intensity. Instructor didn't force heavier weights, faster pace or anything like that, but only provided suggestions on form to get the most out of specific exercises.
Great facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Some great coaches (Alicia is one). Helpful when we have an app problem, etc.

Coaches are energetic and motivating. The workouts are challenging but doable and the routine varies to keep it interesting.

Love all the classes and instructors. Most of the time I have Layla... she is an amazing instructor and very encouraging. She notices when you miss classes and aren't there and always checking in to see how things are going... I only go 4 times per month... but I love the atomosphere and friendliness. Very motivating workout.
Coaching, variety, intensity
Love that Hillary always helps with form and cheers you on. Way better in person than doing online workouts. The coaches welcome you with open arms. Hillary talked to you like you are one of her friends.
I was an athlete all my life. Going to a gym was something I could do but not something that made me excited. When I found OTF I found a place where I could be competitive with myself by beating benchmarks and also with the person next to me, even if they didn’t know it.
I found a community where I fit in, even as an introvert. I found people that were likeminded, fun, kind, and supportive. Staff, members, coaches, everyone is there to help everyone else.
I’ve been going to OTF for three years now and I don’t know what I’d do without it.
I love the variety of the workout and the energy Hillary brings every class!!
Challenging with a variety of workouts
I like that it's different each time. I like the coaches and specific directions (not "just do your own thing"). I love the app! (I'm a charts and graphs geek) So far, everyone has been very nice and supportive.

I love how the workouts always keep me guessing. The support and motivation I feel under the orange lights is unlike any other workout I've done!
Friendly staff. Simple format and it’s based on your own personal HR.
I like that everyone has their own set of free weights so you don’t have to run around trying to find what you need. I also like that the coach demonstrates the moves but in case you forget, there are two monitors that you can look at that show you proper form and number of reps.
I like treadmills, rowers and free weights so this is a perfect match for me.
The coaches are motivating. The workouts are engaging and challenging. Staff is friendly. Great variety of the workouts. Great technology.
I love that the workouts change daily so there’s always something different each class. Some workouts can be a little more challenging than others but the feeling of accomplishment after completing each workout is always the best feeling. I enjoy working out in a group setting as I’m always meeting new people who share similar goals. The coaches and staff are always super friendly and bring good vibes to each class that I attend. I also really like that the workouts focus on all parts of the body so that you’re getting a full body workout. Overall, it’s a great one hour workout.
