It is challenging, varied, upbeat, and effective.
The coaches keep me motivated to maintain and significantly improve my fitness. I am in my 50s and running faster, lifting heavier, and feeling fitter than ever. My enhanced endurance, intensity and love for challenging myself continue to keep me going.
I enjoy the diversity of the workouts- they change each day. The heat rate monitoring and benchmark challenges give opportunity to track progress. The classes are well run with great support from the coaches.
Instructors are great, lots of energy to keep you motivated during the workout. I love how varied each workout is, that it includes a bit of everything.

The variety of the workout
I like everything about Orangetheory and recommend to everyone I know because it is a workout that is great for men and women from their 20s to 60s. I’m coming up on 4 years and average 4-5 classes a week. The coaches and sales staff couldn’t be more supportive. The part that takes a bit of convincing newcomers is that it isn’t a competitive atmosphere. It’s you versus you and the coaches try and get you to be the best version of yourself. There is zero judgement. The classes are one hour from warm up to cool down stretch and are always different. Try it for three classes and you will be hooked.
