Love the variety. Amazing to me that given the same rotation of stations every time, every workout challenges me differently. The coaches at OTF Natick and all the staff actually are nothing but supportive and relaxed. There is intensity for sure. You want to be encouraged to push yourself, but not intimidated or felt to be doing poorly. And that’s what every coach in Natick can do - encourage, support, help your form, laugh & make you feel included. Like you watch a coach work the studio and it amazes me that everyone one of them can interact with each participant on the terms of the participant. It’s a great quality and what brings people back for sure
OTF Natick has helped me maintain and improve my running and overall fitness. The routines add to my speed and strength and stamina. Importantly my mental running game - that hill or those awkward middle miles. I’ve got the tools to get them done thanks to the work at OTF

Coaches and front office are fantastic. The owner of the studio works out with us and knows his clientele. Studio is well equipped, very clean, with lots of natural light. Workouts are a great mix of cardio and strength and they mix it up to keep it interesting.
That it has the 3 different styles of workouts. Quick. Short. Never boring
Variety, technology, quality of workout , the coaches
I love that the workout is different every day, and it's always a new challenge. Even with the always-changing workouts, I feel like we're in great hands with our coaches. Plus, the ability to keep track of everything in real-time (heart rate, distances, etc.) and the motivation to "match or beat" what I've done before keeps me coming back. OTF Walpole has a top-notch coaching, management, and administrative staff, and the whole experience is a highlight of my weekday mornings.
I love that I can show up with absolutely no plan and have someone else tell me what to do. The studio is also pretty much across the street from my house, so there's really no excuse not to go when I've signed up for a class. Finally, Marcy is an awesome coach. I love that she always demos every floor movement and offers appropriate modifications.
The only reason I gave a 9 rather than a 10 is that it's quite expensive. A membership would not be financially sustainable for everyone, but I appreciate that I am able to have one at this time.
That classes vary to keep up my motivation.
The push, the support, the challenge
The studio is nice and big and clean and well run. The coaches are great and I love the variety in the workouts and the mix of cardio and strength and ability to go at your own pace yet push yourself as well!
Every day is a new workout. The music is awesome and the class flies by! Awesome coaches and staff. Love it all!

The coaches are excellent! The workouts are well structured and varied.
When I first started, I did not like OTF at all! I was not rowing correctly, and my heart rate zones were drastically wrong. I am just going to a specialized rowing clinic outside of OTF to figure out how to row correctly, which was enormously helpful. I wish OTF would offer some rowing or running clinics to help us improve on technique.
I stuck with it, and after 3 months, I upgraded to an unlimited membership. I ended up falling in love with OTF. I feel like it's such a good workout, and I can work at my own pace. It took me a little bit to figure out how to challenge myself and not worry about what everyone else was doing around me.
I love when the coaches use our names, and help us to challenge ourselves. The community is overly positive, which always makes you feel good walking in. And you always feel great walking out after your workout!
I do wish the studio had a bit more OTF branded swag, as I love sweatshirts, leggings, that type of stuff. But I like to be able to try it on!

Every day is a different workout and it’s the best workout you can get in 60 mins. Perfect mix of cardio and strength. The challenges and benchmarks are great to track progress and help keep motivated. You can compete against yourself. The heart rate stats are also very helpful to track progress. Best decision I made was joining otf.
Good variety of workouts, great teachers and I like the format and I just have to follow their instructions.
Time flies when you are at OT. You are pushed and come out sweating like crazy!

Since going to Orange Theory regularly, I feel stronger and faster than when I started. The coaches are great about making sure you're performing the exercises correctly and will give you as much or as little instruction as you prefer. The workouts are well planned and well balanced so that at the end I feel like I've gotten great strength training and cardio. The coaches are supportive and encouraging throughout and they definitely make you believe you can do it all. I would probably never do it all on my own and feel really proud of myself for going strong til the end.
