Great full body workout in 60min
Staff and coaches are wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and motivating. Lizz does a fantastic job managing the Sudbury site, and coaching classes! Studio and rest rooms are clean and roomy. Sound system is amazing! Better than other OT studios I’ve visited.
I love working out to good music, getting a great workout every time.
I began my OT relationship as a founding member, and although I had to freeze my membership for 18 months due to a shoulder injury, repair, and rehab, I have since been working out 4-5x/week, and am still motivated and ready for a great workout, each and every class, nearly five years later.
At 66 yrs old, and having had gym memberships most of my adult life, OT has changed my life, as I make a commitment to stay as healthy and fit as I can, so my six grandchildren and I can continue to be active together for the next 20+ years!
It was awesome!! I've been struggling to find a good tread/HIIT work out and Orange Theory's SO great. Will 100% be back. Thanks also for being so welcoming! I hadn't taken a class since 2018 I think :)
Challenging and fun!
I love the studio and all the coaches and am having more fun working out then I have had in years. I actually look forward to each workout!
Love the format and layout - keeps me on my toes and it’s nice having someone tell me what to do and not having to think about!

It was great to show up and have all the steps ready and thought out for you! So far the training sessions have been great and just the right amount of challenging.
OTF is the best workout!! I am admittedly a cardio junkie but know how important strength training is, so this class gives me everything I need. The coaches are wonderful. They all have expertise and enthusiasm. Front desk staff is friendly, even before 5 am! Also, Shout out to Johnny for showing me how to properly do a squat after 30+ years of doing it wrong- yikes!

It’s fun, motivational and a good workout. The toilets need to be cleaned more often, there is a dirt ring in the bowel the last few times I’ve used it.
The variety and the coaches! And someone telling me what to do so that I don’t need to design my own program.
That I don’t have to think about what I’m doing and I can’t just disconnect for 1 hour. The energy of the coaches is awesome.

The variety, couching and community!
Orangetheory is the most well-rounded efficient workout I have come across and I’ve been working out my whole life! The Kingston studio is awesome, the teachers are the best, it is run very efficiently, and is so much fun!
Watch out, the workout is addicting!!

good mix of workout types (power, ESP, endurance) ...signature workouts need to happen more often :)
