I love the constant mixing up of the routines so that your mind and body don't get bored. I'm loving the new 50 min classes, because you can really focus on running or weights if you are looking for more of a specific training. The other clients are lovely. The coaches take the time to get to know you and check in with you (especially Melissa and Kim in North Reading!!), which makes you feel seen and more a part of something. I've been a member for four years and I have no plans to stop now!
I love the efficiency and the fact that it is backed by science! I also love the variety in the workout and the welcoming and supportive energy of the Hingham coaches.

The Orangetheory workout is a great workout that combines cardio, weight-lifting, and rowing. I like the variations of the workouts and the intensity on the tread and rowing.
I like the variety of the workouts, the music and the coaching by Marcy. Marcy ensures that we are working at our own pace and encourages me each time I go.
There is a very good energy in the Sudbury studio. The instructors are incredibly good…all around. The whole staff is professional and inviting. Classes are great. It’s a great community.
Coaches
I attended a 90 minute donation class for AHA on Saturday. The vibe at the studio was incredible. So inviting and fun. I’ve been a loyal member of Saugus for 5+ years but immediately felt welcomed. The two coaches (Jackie and Paul) were playful and impersonating each other. The 90 minutes flew by! They knew their members and had such a genuine interaction and connection with them. I actually questioned if they were together (shame on me - MYOB!). Bottom line - something special at Danvers. I’ll be back!
I love Coach Zeph’s classes. He acknowledges everyone personally and is great in making the classes fun and motivating.
Intensive and all inclusive
Don’t have to make decisions. Coachs are motivating but not over the top. Different every day, love the addition of the strength classes.
